Order Tracking
To check your order, follow these steps:
1. **Open Your Email**: Look for the order confirmation email from the store where you made the purchase. This email usually contains a link to your order status page.
2. **Click the Order Status Link**: In the email, find the "View your order" button or similar link, and click on it.
3. **Visit the Store's Website**: If you can't find the email, go to the online store's website and log in to your account. Once logged in, you should be able to view your order history and track the status of your purchase.
4. **Contact Us**: If you're still having trouble, reach out to the store's customer support team with your order number, and we'll help you out.
When you find your order, then you will see the current status of your order. If it says "Shipped", you can click the order number and find the tracking number and tracking link. If it says "Awaiting fulfillment", we're still preparing your items, and will be shipped as fast as we can. If the tracking link is not updated, please don't worry. The shipment is still in transit and was not updated. It will be updated soon. If you have the tracking number, please click here to track.
